This NYSDOT project is located at Hylan Boulevard over 1-278 between Narrows Road North and Narrows Road South in Richmond County. The project scope consisted primarily of a bridge deck replacement, approach slab reconstruction, approach roadway restoration, utility relocation, bearing replacement & concrete repairs.
