PCC was awarded this $16 million project in 2011 by the NYC EDC. The scope of work under this project included the installation of a new precast box culvert on mini piles and outfall, 30″ steel water main, 12″ distribution water main, as well as a complete road reconstruction with a new bike path and esplanade.
